We are seeking talented architects and designers with unbridled curiosity, who tirelessly ask questions, are always learning, and are passionately engaged.
We are founded on the conviction that the quality of our environment regularly and significantly impacts the quality of our lives; and recognizes the energy and environmental impact that can result from the design and construction of architectural and urban environments. We aim to reduce negative impacts and create positive results from our daily work and our professional practice. Accordingly, we signed on to the AIA 2030 Commitment and are working towards the goal of carbon-neutral buildings by the year 2030. “The architecture firm had so many different areas from Interior Design to Accounting so I was able to learn more than just about Human Resources. Everyone at the office is extremely friendly and very forward thinking.”

“I really enjoyed the projects I worked on. Even though I was an intern, the folks I got to know working for EMA made me really feel like I was part of a team working towards a bigger goal. The work I was doing felt important, and I definitely got to build upon my digital software skills. I got to meet a lot of intelligent, experienced people in the field I want to work in. ”
