The company has helped me achieve more growth than any other previous job. There's constant opportunity to learn new roles within the firm as the company provides multiple resources such as paid-by-employer courses, seminars, trainings, etc. Workloads are manageable and management is great about checking-in to make sure you're not feeling overwhelmed and offer to help -and they do help- where needed which is can be rare. The firm has monthly Happy Hour events which take up the last hour of a workday to spend having fun!

Accounting and Tax Associate
November 2021 • Naperville, IL
What I liked
The interview process went smoothly and the firm was very welcoming! I started interning during my senior year of college and they spent a lot of time and resources getting me trained for my first tax season. I had a busy class schedule but they were willing to work with me around it.
