There was a lot of freedom in tasks and what the position looked like. Everyone there wanted to be there and was motivated by the companies mission. It's a small company so you also get to know people pretty well.
What I wish was different
The company lacked a lot of structure and I think this confused a lot of people. There were many times when authority was not clear and many (including myself) struggled to do their job.
Advice
Since it's a small company, don't get thrown off by the looser vibe.

What I liked
I love the environment and the people that make up this wonderful company. They all want me to succeed and help me out whenever I ask and frequently on their own accord. I am entirely new to this industry and they have welcomed me with kindest attitude and most helpful demeanor.
What I wish was different
I do not necessarily wish something had been different, but I can say that this was a scary and new challenge for me. I was only confident enough to take this task on after meeting with some of the employees and discussing with them my strengths and weaknesses and understanding what they are needing and what they could provide me to succeed.
Advice
I would share that this experience is very essential to my work ethic and experience. It is a new field for me and I have been fortunate enough to follow through with this new position with the help of my colleagues.
