What I liked
I liked meeting so many new people as a hostess. I definitely became much more comfortable with speaking to people I don’t know.
What I wish was different
I wish the hours were different. I had shifts where I would have to wake up at 5 in the morning, which was tough.
Advice
I would say to stick with any job you find yourself in.

What I liked
The experience of dealing with people every day. I love to talk to people and build relationships and this job let me do this as I had a fair share of regular customers.
What I wish was different
There wasn't much i didn't like but what sticks out the most is having to wake up at 4 in the morning to open the restaurant.
Advice
When your income depends your performance you must take all aspects of the job seriously to secure a good income, this includes menu knowledge.
