Working full stack with a team of experienced developers who were patient and extremely helpful. I learned many things in a multitude of development subjects.
What I wish was different
Not much honestly. The only thing would probably be to have less meetings.
Advice
Expect to be overwhelmed, expect to google, don’t be afraid to ask a lot of questions, and don’t be afraid to write some code.

What I liked
It was a lot of fun and active! I loved working with students from around the world and learning about their cultures.
What I wish was different
Senior staff was SO disorganized. I never knew what was happening or was going to happen, which was a safety hazard.
Advice
Be ready to go with the flow.

I loved the connections and experience i gained through working with international students and coworkers.

More Organization, but with this type of program its going to be crazy no mater what because you are always moving.
Advice
Drink lots of coffee, go in to it with an open heart and a can do attitude or you wont have a good time. This Program is so much fun for the students, and it can be just as fun for you. Its stressful, but totally worth it.
