I loved the facility, it was very well taken care of and the nurses are great to work with. They really care about their RA’s.

What I wish was different

There is a huge demand for workers to keep up with the aging population, and Ecumen reflects the issue by being short staffed frequently.

They are the top-paying company in the area for this field.
