Lots of flexibility. There was just a general culture of support, and all of my colleagues wanted me to succeed. I also loved how much I have learned about various software.
What I wish was different
I wish we weren't remote for the entire summer! I love the office culture and how collaborative it is when you're in a common space with your teammates.
Advice
Technical Writing does take a lot of skill and attention to detail, but it is also a great job to improve your own writing abilities and to learn about the industry for which you're writing (in my case, I learned so much about Healthcare IT).
