This was a very challenging internship which allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. In addition to a base salary, commission was awarded for sales leaving the total compensation based how how hard the intern was willing to work. Daily dealings with potential and current clients as well as co-workers enabled vast improvements in interpersonal skills.
