Advice

Customer service is generally a decent experience. Some customers will leave you feeling like you’re the best person in the world or the worst person in the world. Do not take too much offense to the latter. Hostility from customers can bring the mood down, but don’t let it linger and make sure to keep your cool while handling the situation. It goes a long way to be level-headed.
