What I liked

All of my co-workers were very willing to help me learn which provided me with a lot of experience in a variety of areas in product design. I got the chance to do lab work and testing on new product designs, observe repairs for machine break downs, correct errors in new design implementations , and gain a significant aount of experience in 3D modeling in Creo.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had more knowledge about what I would be doing before starting the job as I did not have any back ground in the field to be able to take on larger tasks immediately. Even so, they were very patient with me granted I lacked experience and helped me grow as an individual.

Advice

Don't be afraid to ask questions, the more questions you ask the more you will learn. Most people will appreciate any interest you have in there job and are willing to answer insightful questions.
