What I liked

I was working outside and using my hands. Doing something different everyday, keeps you on our feet. You have the opportunity to work as many additional hours as you want.

What I wish was different

Communication could have been better between the management levels.

Advice

This is agriculture this is physically demanding work. I worked 60+ hour weeks, and they do not have to pay over time. They are super flexible with your schedule.
