What I wish was different
1. Upper Management is terrible.
2. Product is not engineered by anyone
3. Resale products & sales are higher priority than quality.
4. Lack of real experience. Experience at Dwyer will not help you in another role/organization that follows standards/iso.
5. No standard design practices.
6. ERP software is old even though they "just upgraded".
7. President calls employees "other companies trash".
