What I liked

The company culture is excellent. The senior leadership is extremely approachable and friendly. The office is very modern. i have learned so many new skills that are applicable in the future and members of the staff assisted me in resume building, cover letters, and interviews for assisting me to secure my job in Disney upon Graduation!

What I wish was different

I have been extremely happy with my time at Dwellworks. More money would have been nice, but the pros far outweighed the cons.

Advice

This is a company that is a joy to work for. I was not expecting to have the experience I had, but have been so lucky to learn and experience what I have.

What I liked

I loved getting to work in downtown Detroit--it is such a vibrant city--and my coworkers we always willing to show us around. I liked having a lot of hands-on work experience. I got to manage my own 40 cases throughout the summer. All the employers answered my questions and encouraged me to do well.

What I wish was different

Sometimes I ran out of work to do, so I had to constantly ask for more work to do.

Advice

I asked if I could join in on some larger technology projects that the company was doing and they let me! It was such a learning experience and they were so willing to let me join in. So, do not be afraid to ask questions and ask to join in on larger projects.
