Staffing issues caused immense overwork and stress on the employees. Rude customers on top of a busy morning rush, as well as only two other people to run an entire store made for a hellish experience.
Advice
Don't work here for anything under $15/hr. It's not worth it.

I liked the fast pace of the job and how it paid weekly. I also hope to open a coffee shop one day so I try to get as much experience in coffee shops as I can

Customer service can always be hard. Also with hourly paid wages management can switch often because it is mostly young college students running the franchise.
Advice
Customer service can always be difficult to deal with, but in your life there will always be people who disagree with you. This gives you experience on how to deal with critique and people not agreeing with you.

The job is very simple as it’s either making drinks (which is very satisfying to watch it change color) or making food.

I wish the managers had treated everyone equally and not as if they’re above everyone else.

I would never recommend anyone go into a job where food is involved however the pay is amazing therefore if you don’t hate it I say go for it.
