Hours not having been tied to business rush (ie: hours going up on holidays). But this is due to more revenue during the holiday season and expected.
Advice
Learn to think on your toes, it can be a fast paced environment but there are a lot of learning opportunities

What I liked
What I loved most about Duluth was how much they respected the fact that I wasn't sure what I wanted to do in the retailing world. So I was able to move around and experience so many parts of the business not just in the inventory department.

Advice
Ask a ton of questions. Every person there is willing to help you if you just ask for the help.
