I liked the fact that I lived on Duke University campus for 2 months and visited lots of places around Durham. I built close friendships with the team of people I worked with.
What I wish was different
I wish TIP was structured better that supports both staff and students.
Advice
Be prepared to work extra hours, but if you can go through this job, you can go through any job.

Advice
Be prepared to work with many different people, from various background. It’s not like your college or home life. You will get frustrated and you will be thankful. Just be adaptable and willing to work hard!
