I loved that I was able to work in an hands-on research lab and to gain experience in the field.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to do research for a longer amount of time!
Advice
There will be days that you will stay in the lab for most of the day, or you won’t leave to go home until the evening. You should be prepared and willing to do this.

The crew was such a fun group and my boss was very likable and flexible with my swimming schedule

I wish that I could have had a bit more time to work, but my swim schedule got in the way most of the time
