The owners are an amazing couple with an inspiring dream of bringing a local restaurant to Pittsburg. They are supportive and giving to their employees! The managers were also supportive and incredibly flexible with employees busy schedules. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for this company!

Advice
Be prepared to actually work as a team. You have to work together to create a successful evening for the guests. Many restaurants don't make you work as a team as much as you do working at Drop the H.
