The work environment is great and they are investing lots of resources in teaching their employees about the technical and business aspects used in their company.
What I wish was different
I wish I was taught more in-depth about the projects I am involved in, such as the reasons why we are doing that and how is it beneficial for the environment and communities.
Advice
Definitely treat it like an opportunity to learn, because learning at DRMP is limitless. Do not be afraid to ask questions and show your willingness to be more involved.
