Small cozy community with people that help you without holding your hand all the time and pushing you to your limits as we go into real client projects.
What I wish was different
I wish currently that the two offices are one so that we can observe how they work and understand how the workflow works.
Advice
Get as many internships as possible and if you are in one try to work your hardest and step outside the box, this will be the only place where you can actually do something wrong have little impact on the company, where as if you mess up in an company that pays you for important work, you can regret it forever.
