I love how hands on every day was and how they encouraged our creativity. No idea was ever a bad idea.
What I wish was different
I wish I was not a senior and that I had more time with DragonTree because I have learned so much!
Advice
I would say, the job is mostly remote so be prepared to work over zoom and have good time management skills.

What I liked
I loved going on retreats to Philly and gaining experience from my coworkers. It is a great work environment to be in and I'm so happy I got this opportunity.
What I wish was different
I wish we could travel more together. Since we are all from different area's it makes it hard to find a common meeting time, but when we do meet up in person for retreats it makes it so much more special.

What I liked
I love working with a team of super-talented people and expanding my own skills. I'm doing hands-on work and I'm able to make my mark at DragonTree by doing projects that I have a passion for. I love working on the digital side of marketing, so this is internship has really made me realize that this is what I want to be doing in my future!

Advice
If you have a passion for digital marketing, this is for you! A piece of advice I would give is don't be afraid to share all your ideas. The team at DragonTree will take your ideas with stride and encourage you through the entire process. It's okay to step out of your comfort zone, because the team will be there supporting you.
