About Downtown Boulder Partnership

Downtown Boulder Partnership is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of downtown as the heart of the greater Boulder community. It is also the umbrella organization for two entities: the BID and DBF.

BID: Business Improvement District. The BID is a 49-block set neighborhood where property owners tax themselves to make their community cleaner, safer and more vibrant. The BID uses theses taxes to purchase services that provide a comprehensive marketing program catered to consumers.

DBF: Downtown Boulder Foundation. DBF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization responsible for events, programs and initiatives that support the economic development and cultural
