What I liked
Very friendly staff. It was a warm and welcoming community.
What I wish was different
Higher compensation. It is a very physically demanding position and it pays considerably less than other, comparable jobs.
Advice
Be prepared for difficult physical labor. It is rewarding, but demanding.
