I liked the flexible hours and the people I got to work with. The management of the company is good as well and they work with you if there is any issues with anything.
What I wish was different
The only problem we faced was people not showing up for shifts and being a little short staffed but due to covid it was hard to hire enough people like they normally have.
Advice
It definitely helps to be prepared for this job. Know how to delegate tasks and communicate with other people. There is also an aspect of customer service you have to keep in mind with the job as well, but as long as you work diligently you shouldn't have any issues with that.
