Spanish Member Services Representative

What I liked

Speaking Spanish and being among good people

What I wish was different

More room for changing of positions within the company

Advice

Work hard. But make it known (that sounds prideful). But I was told by my manager that that's how people get promoted. I easily did more than your average person in my job, but it wasn't for recognition that I did it, so I didn't get any.
