There are good people at this company. I was not welcomed as the intern, but as the "new IT guy." The work that I do is valuable an matters to the team.
What I wish was different
At the time of writing this review, I have only just started working at Dorian Drake. One of my concerns is that since it is a small company, there won't be much room for growth (as is usually the case with smaller companies).
Advice
I think small companies are the best place to get started interning. Since there aren't that many people, you aren't just another number. Plus, especially when it comes to IT work, you'll get a lot of exposure to many different technologies, since the people in the IT department wear so many hats.
