What I liked
This company believes in hands-on learning. To that end, I was trained then immediately put in a consultant role that was client-facing. I sat in meetings with C-Suite level executives for the international company I consulted for and was given real-world applicable experience. As it is a fairly new company, most previous hires were experienced individuals in the field, and those employees are excellent mentors and care about bringing up the next generation of employees.
