Hours and employee management.
Advice
Do not deliver pizzas unless the hourly wage is good because you will have bad hours and make 0$ in tips and get paid 4$ an hour for 5 hours and youll have made 20$ when you could have just found a lawn to mow which would take an hour and would have made 20$ but you really could've done 3-4 in 5 hours so you would've made 60-80$ at least which is far superior to 20 (minus gas costs for driving up there)
also they make you clean disgusting sauces and rotten food out of containers because drivers are useless when not driving
