What I liked
Easy work and laid back work environment during the off season months of classes. Fall and Spring semesters look very different for this job and is much more hectic.
What I wish was different
Would liked to have seen review of management staff on a month to month basis and better response to concerns of crew members.
Advice
Do not work there unless you can handle a stressful work environment and are not in school. Work schedule can be very emotionally and physically energy demanding.

there were times where the store was understaffed and very busy, as well as overstaffed with little to do.
Advice
stay flexible and don't get stressed over the mistakes. They're going to happen, just fix them when they do.

I was not a big fan of the customer service aspect of the job and I’m greatful for the experience but wish I had understood the challenges that come with these kind of interactions before hand
