It is a small company and everyone there is super helpful. There even the interns are treated more or less as a standard developer. I got to work on similar things compared to what everyone else else was working on which made it feel like I was actually being helpful.
What I wish was different
It showed me that software development was not the path for me so really I just wish that there were more opportunities within the company that I could move too but that is not really the answer that you are looking for. It was honestly perfect.
Advice
Getting out there with internships in college is essential. Not only does it get you experience in your field but it can help to show you what particular area in your field you want to pursue. For example I now know that software development is not for me but I still want it to be a part of my career. A lot easier figuring that out in a summer job than in a real one.
