I was great to have the chance to get work experience with caring individuals during the pandemic. Even though the work atmosphere was affected by some coworkers and a few bad customers we made the best of it.
What I wish was different
I wish the way schedules were made and that the company and the managers would honored when employees were be unable to work.
Advice
My advice would be not staying in a job that does not respect you or value you as an employee, also protect because you will not be useful if you are broken.

Whatever your manager request or give the task, you should accept and work hard. Sometimes your manager gives you some task that is not relative to your major, but you don't deny it. The more you work, the more you get experience.
