Had a lot of freedom with my schedule each day as long as I got my work done. Great communication with team leads and a community like no other with fellow employees.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to spend more time working with other employees. Working by myself made tasks harder mentally because I like social interaction while working.
Advice
Do not let team leads and older employees use their seniority to make you do unnecessary work.
