What I liked
I liked that the organization was focused on helping people. It made it easier to go to work every day because I knew what we were doing was valuable work.
What I wish was different
There was a lot of down time. Very often I had nothing to do and I was very bored. I would prefer a more busy schedule.
Advice
I would say that they should take every invitation offered to them. If one of your bosses invites you to lunch or to a meeting, always go. You never know what connections you can make or what new info you will learn.
