The company has a tight-knit culture and driven working environment. The employers are a diverse group of workers that are focused on the company's missions. They have a great location and new office, and all levels of employers (from MD to Analyst) work side-by-side in the main working room. No one has their own office or personal desk and really makes you feel a part of a single whole team.
What I wish was different
The company was not transparent with how well they were currently doing. The year before, all interns received a return offer. No one in my class of 5 interns received an offer just a year later, and they did not give a hint as to how the offers will pan out until the phone call we received 3 weeks later. I believe the company grew too fast and could not support its number of employers. Since the summer an MD and an Analyst have left the firm.
Advice
I would be wary of this firm as they are very cyclical in their work-flow. The interview process was relatively simple and did not include hard technical questions.
