Find a job that utilizes the strengths and knowledge you already have, while also leaving room to grow.

What I liked
The staff at the ranch are great! Everyone is kind and gets along with each other really well. It was also nice to be able to learn about and watch over the girls in my cabin.
What I wish was different
While my coworkers were available by text, you are working alone in this position if you do the grave shift. If you are hired for graves, you need to be able to work independently without direct oversight.
Advice
You can be friendly with the girls, but you are not friends. You need to make sure that you are still always acting as a mentor and not like one of the students as it can negatively impact the student's therapeutic relationship with staff.
