Working with the kids, and could always find good gifts for anyone in the shop. Working with the leadership that got them into their current location was a joy.
What I wish was different
There was a change in management halfway through. The new management was not qualified, and quickly became defensive and devolved into a political mess.
Advice
Make sure that none of the management from the late 2000s, early 2010s are still around before committing to anything.
