- Mentorship from Industry Leaders: Paired with a dedicated mentor (a seasoned architect or interior designer), you'll work on projects for well-known hospitality brands. Architecture interns may also be able to earn NCARB AXP hours toward licensure.

- Independent Project: This is where you get to shine! Beyond contributing to our global hospitality work, you’ll re-imagine a past project using its brief, site location, and floor plan. You’ll develop a guestroom Schematic Design package (concept, research, layouts, renderings), refine your presentation skills, get expert feedback, and leave with a new addition to your portfolio.
