I liked the marketing team and how I got to work on social media such as Twitter and Instagram, as well as manage the customer service emails from our online store. I also liked working events such as the Philadelphia Marathon Weekend and other small neighborhood events.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to have a semester-long project that I presented or a project that I worked on the whole time that I could call mine - something tangible that I could use in the future to show what I did.
Advice
It is not a normal desk job - be ready to be up and at it all the time and hardly at your desk!

What I liked
The responsibility that I felt was given to me to run events at different locations, as well as complete important office work made me feel valued and needed.
What I wish was different
Some days were slower than others. I wish I had been given more projects to do on those slower days.
Advice
Listen and pay attention as much as possible. However, you should also ask a lot of questions. This shows you are engaged and interested with what you are doing.
