I enjoyed the hybrid schedule because two days out of the week I was able to work from home and the other three days I was in the office. It was a great balance. I met really interesting people that I can stay in touch with. Overall, the office environment was my favorite.

Be proactive! Be eager to work and ask questions! Make a connection with those around you because you never know what you might learn. Show up with a positive attitude and show your skills.
