What I liked
When I was originally going into the position, I didn't expect a lot from it. I had been called in for jury duty earlier in the summer which put a bit of a stop to my job hunt coming out of the school year, and this was the first position I could line up after I finished with that. I'm really happy that I did take the job however, because it was a valuable experience in regards to interacting with a wide variety of people. Because the job involved parking passes and with that parking tickets, part of my job was to work with people who were unsatisfied with whatever situations meant I was involved. It helped me practice staying calm and professional, and by the end of it I can say I have become quite good at resolving those situations smoothly and in a way where both sides are satisfied.
