What I liked

Diamond Hill has a friendly and productive culture that made for a fantastic internship experience. I was able to work on my own projects and practice self-management, with great feedback from my supervisors. Diamond Hill also offered a very comprehensive internship program by extending education sessions about all aspects of the firm. With very competitive benefits and a superb culture, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Diamond Hill!

What I liked

Diamond Hill has a very well-structured internship program. There are plenty of benefits, including catered lunches, free parking, and competitive pay. People are always willing to help and the environment is very conducive to learning and skill-building.
