The atmosphere is collaborative and welcoming, the work is challenging at times but is usually pretty relaxed. Altogether a great place to work.

That I could have met with and worked with my design partners in person.
Advice
Complete work earlier than expected! There are always changes to be made, so even being on time is late. If you submit a draft early, there's time to tweak and modify accordingly.
