Development Workshop, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization with the mission "to assist individuals who have a disability, or who are disadvantaged, to recognize and to achieve their chosen level of economic and social independence". Development Workshop works toward our mission by providing developmental therapy to adults and children with disabilities as well as vocational training, job placement and support. We do meaninful work that is rewarding as well as challenging. We hire individuals who can become passionate about our mission and who have a desire to be champions of those we serve.
