What I liked
I liked how this job was remote and able to work with my schedule as I had another job going on at the same time.
What I wish was different
The organization heavily relied on interns and we were definitely self-managed, but when we did have questions or needed help from our supervisor, the only person we could go to was the founder and he was often very busy helping other interns. The communication got a little faulty there.
Advice
Learn to be self-managed and have to figure problems out on your own because you can't always rely on your supervisor to help.
