Great team of people, the owner of the firm is a great leader and teacher. There are no dumb questions and you get to learn about a little bit of everything. It is small so you get to know your team well, and you learn to be flexible and nimble with projects and deadlines.
What I wish was different
I wish this firm used Revit rather than Autocad, but I believe they have made the transition to Revit by now.
Advice
Make friends with everyone, especially Trisha Poole! She has so much knowledge of both design and how to run a business. Attend the NEWH events to start making connections in the hospitality sector if that's what you are pursuing.
