What I liked
I loved the level of engagement at Derris. The company provided each intern with our own intern manager who gave us real-world, genuinely important tasks. The company included us in their weekly lunches, had us lead a current event discussion and give presentations about brands that Derris represents. They also organized q and a's so we could learn more about the company. As a whole, the company culture really enjoyable.
