The patients are nice
What I wish was different
Everything. need team work, better pay for the work that is being done, better understanding on exactly what kind of job it is. better communication among the staff. Care about the staff feelings. Less drama.
Advice
i guess if you want to become a nurse then this might be a good place to start at.
