What I liked
Demos' mission is a powerful one, and if you are interested in public policy and racial equity I cannot recommend interning here enough. The staff were incredibly supportive of my growth, and offered me opportunities to step into leadership. I was ultimately hired there and worked at Demos for almost 5 years. This is an organization that strives to live its values, and you can feel it at work.
