About Delaware Natural Resources Police

The Division of Parks and Recreation operates and maintains 17 state parks and related preserves and greenways throughout Delaware. The Division is also responsible for providing recreational opportunities and educational and interpretive programs for the public.

Enforcement/Park Patrol Officers- The Seasonal Park Patrol Officer positions are responsible for performing law enforcement duties such as patrol operations, crime prevention, public safety, opening and closing facilities, and visitor use management. Work is performed indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions. Some duties may vary for each park. Applicants must be available to work rotating weekends, overnight shifts, evenings and holidays as scheduled.
