My supervisor and everyone at the Delaware Democratic Party (DelDems) office were easily accessible and always answered my questions. We were invited to events where we got to interact with voters, community councils, and elected officials, and were able to learn a lot about canvassing and civic engagement. I feel like my experience at DelDems has positively impacted my career search.
What I wish was different
We sometimes did not have work to do if we finished our tasks early.
